- We offer shelved, individual, private units to each Archive client
- Each unit has its own lock and key, for you to keep unless you have requested us to have access to your unit
- Archive clients have free access to their files during opening hours
- There are no additional viewing costs
We have 3 types of archival clients
The 'no access' type
Many of our clients look after their own files in their own private units. We have ‘no access’ as they don’t want any outsiders near their files.
Most of the time their files aren’t that important they just like their privacy If that suits them, it sure suits us.
The ‘now and again’ type
They look after their own files but ‘now and again’ they would like us to retrieve a file for them from their unit using our special procedures.
The ‘all the time’ type
Some clients, while they enjoy the fact that they have access to their files with no extra cost involved, they use our retrieval service ‘all the time’.
We have 2 types of unit
In the past all our smaller archive units were designed whereby the units or rooms stored the archive boxes 2 boxes deep.
Due to the recession more and more proprietors are accessing their own files and appreciate that we now also offer 1 box deep rooms which means that all boxes can be easily viewed and identified.
We have 10 sizes of archive storage units or archive rooms
16 box, 20 box, 30 box, 32 box, 64 box, 90 box, 100 box, 180 box, 200 box, 400 box
Due to our central location and history of storing files, we cater for all sizes of profession companies. We also cater for clients whose box count is in thousands.
